about me
I am Raúl Cazorla, a passionate of design and technology, so it was natural that I ended up focusing my career on artistic creation through digital tools.
In 1998 I graduated as Senior Technician in Design and Editorial Production,
at the "IES Escola del Treball" in Barcelona, and during the following 18 years I have been working in different publishing and graphic companies, developing all kinds of activities, thus acquiring a deep knowledge of graphic production.
I have lived in the first person the transition from paper to the screen, which has led me to make a leap forward in my career and in 2018 I graduated as Senior Technician
in 3D Animations, Games and Interactive Environments, Virtual Worlds, Augmented Reality and Gamification, in the "Fundació Obicex", highlighting among the best students of my year.
Now, I combine all my experience from the past with all my training for the future. My creative process is based on three anchors: art, originality and usefulness.

During my training at Obicex, I have created projects using Unity and Unreal Engine both for PC and mobile devices. I have developed projects for Kinect, HTC Vibe, Vuforia and I have created an online multiplayer application. I have worked in C# programming, 2D & 3D artistic creation, drawing, modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, animation, photography, video edition and
post-production. I have also coordinated various working groups by organizing tasks and tracking production.
Previously, I had worked for Publicidad Permanyer, SL, Zero Preimpresión SL, RBA Realizaciones Editoriales, PC Fotocomposición and Viguera Editores (all of them in Barcelona).
In these companies I have carried out all kinds of publishing activity, covers and book designs, illustrations, photo retouching, layouts, proofreading, binding, management and workflow coordination.
